Forgot Password

Step 1

On the log in page, click on the “Forgot your password?” link.

Step 2

Enter the email address associated with your Alice account on the screen that pops up, and then click the blue “Submit Forgot Password” button.

Step 3

Now check your email for a verification code sent from hello@myalice.com (be sure to check your spam and junk folders if you do not see it in your inbox).

Step 4

Now return to the Alice app and enter the verification code you just received, along with your new password (it will ask you to enter the new password twice). Then click on the blue “Submit Forgot Password” button to be able to log in using your new credentials.
