Click on the refresh icon in the top right corner of the Alice app

Step 2

If you still do not see the most recent reading, try hard closing the app and then re-opening it. (Note this does not require that you log out.)

If you do not know how to do a hard close of an application on your mobile device, please google it since the method could be different for every phone model.
